What is our Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Once the order has been placed we cannot offer a refund However if there is an issue with your order please don't hesitate to reach out!
How long is shipping

All orders take around 7 business days to ship. (this does not include weekends or holidays) Please reach out with any concerns. We try our best to be flexible with last minute purchases
Custom Cake Orders

Cakes & cake boxes will take 7-10 days to ship. Please purchase AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance
What are added colors in the ingredients

We use human grade food coloring for all treats. Horse & Dog. We do have an option for dog parents who want a more natural substitute. We offer a substitute of vegetable powder to create our colors. Reach out for more information.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Any issues concerning our treats must sent to the following email: sadiewillis12@gmail.com. We want to guarantee the best for our customers.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

Treats may be reshipped at buyers expense.
